The two programs will be a mixture of intervals of powerwalking and body strength exercises. Which will take place along Crosby Promenade at Crosby Beach in Liverpool. I will be offering an early morning 7.30am workout session for women who want to burn off calories alot more throughout the day and like to have a great start to their working day. I will also be offering a 9.30am session for mums and nans who have finished the morning school run and would like to get a workout done in the morning before getting on with the rest of their busy day.
These walking fitness group programs are ideal for women who don't like going the gym, who like to be outdoors in nature and want to get some exercise into their day and like to workout in a group where women can come together and support each other on their fitness journey of living a healthier lifestyle.

These two Walking Fitness Programs are ideal for women who are new to exercise or haven't exercised for awhile. They are a great starting point to gradually get back into fitness.
Believe it or not but walking is the best form of exercise when it comes to losing weight and burning fat. You will definitely get walking fit, you will burn alot of calories aswell strength your muscles and increase bone density with these two 60 minutes walking fitness sessions that are offered over a 4 week or 8 week program.
