Why do you need to warm up before exercising?
A warm up helps to prepare your body for physical activity. This is because it increases the heart rate, increases blood flow and warms up the muscles. A warm up can also help to prevent injury.
Why do we need to cool down after exercising?
Cooling down is important after exercise because it helps your body recover and reduces the risk of injury, sore muscles, dizziness, and fainting.
Do you offer 1:1 support at clients homes?
Yes I offer a service where I can attend clients homes to support them with their fitness journey. I offer taster sessions to find out if PT sessions are the suitable for the client. A homebased workout plan can be planned and carried out in the comfort of your own home (Liverpool area only).
Do you offer support via online coaching?
Yes I do offer support through an online via zoom calls and what's app chat which I will use to monitor your progress.
Do you offer taster sessions for 1:1 and group sessions?
Yes I do. A 1:1 taster session can be arranged where I will meet you in person and speak to you about your fitness goals and find out what you would like to achieve. A group taster session can be arranged for you to join others in a workout program. Please see prices on the group and 1:1 personal training pages.
Are your group sessions inclusive?
Yes the group sessions are inclusive for all women from the age of 21 yrs upto 60 yrs. All abilities from beginner to advanced are welcomed to participate in a group session program.
Do you offer personalised programs?
Yes I can offer personalised programs based on individual's abilities to help them to achieve realistic goals.
Do you offer meal plans?
No I don't offer meal plans. But I can offer you a variety of nutritional advice to help you to incorporate it into your fitness plan to help you to achieve your fitness goals by introducing new healthy habits into your meal routines.
Can individuals join the group challenges at anytime?
No sorry. To participate in group programs you need to wait for the next 4 or 8 week cycle to renew.
How do you offer community support?
I have a Facebook group for you to join or you can join the whats app chat. Where individuals can join if they want to at anytime if they adhere to the rules of both groups. Which are to be kind, courteous and be respectful to others in the group.
Do you offer menopause coaching?
No sorry, not at the moment. However I will be in the future.
Do you offer pre and postnatal training?
No sorry, not at the moment. However I hope to in the future.
