FULL BODY WORKOUTS

The beauty of Lady Fitness is that I offer full body personalised workout programs for women who want to exercise outdoors in their local community or in the comfort of their own home. This means you will only have to workout every other day and go for a brisk walk the next day.  If that sounds good to you then get in touch to find out more information. 

 

YOU DON'T HAVE TO GO TO A GYM TO GET FIT AND STRONG! 

 

The full body workout programs can be carried out every other day so you don't have to exercise everyday. However 1or 2 REST DAYS at least are required and this is why.

 

Rest days are important for your body and mind to recover from workouts and to avoid injuries occuring:

 

Muscle growth

Rest days allow your muscles to heal and grow stronger after the microscopic tears created during exercise. 

 

Injury prevention

Resting helps you avoid injury by preventing your muscles from becoming overworked and strained. 

 

Mental health

Resting is important for your mental health as well as your physical health. 

 

Energy levels

Resting helps you replenish your glycogen stores, which are your body's stored glucose. Without enough glycogen, you'll experience muscle fatigue and soreness. 

 

Performance

Resting helps you improve your performance by increasing your energy and preventing fatigue. 

 

Stress levels

Resting helps lower your cortisol and adrenaline levels, which can keep your body at a high-stress level if you exercise too much.
