Cardio Walking Group 4 week program Focuses on core strength and cardio with a mix of power walking and standing core exercises £50 / 4 weeks 2 × 1 hour session per week
Cardio Walking Group 8 week program Focuses on core strength and cardio with a mix of power walking and standing core exercises £100 / 8 weeks 2 × 1 hour session per week
Squat Walking Group 4 week program Power walking and a variety of squat exercises that targets lower body muscles ( gutes and quads). £50 / 4 weeks 2 × 1 hour session per week
Squat Walking Group 8 week program Power walking and a variety of squat exercises that targets lower body muscles ( glutes and quads). £100 / 8 weeks 2 × 1 hour session per week
