The Cardio Walking Program is a 8 week group  program where you will working out with others in a group 2 days a week in an outdoor environment at Crosby Beach in Liverpool. 

The program consists of starting with a 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes of 5 minute intervals of power walking,  standing core and upper body workout out and ending with a 10 minute cool down.
