The Squat Walking Program is a 4 week group program where you will be working out with others in a group, 2 days a week in an outdoor environment at Crosby Beach in Liverpool.
The program consists of starting with a 10 minute warm up, 30 minutes of 5 minute intervals of power walking, 1 minute intervals of different squat exercises and 3 sets of 10 upper body workout out and ending with a 10 minute cool down.
