This is a 60 minute Strength & Conditioning full body workout. Which combines of a 10 minute warm up,  20 minute Kettle bell session followed by 10 minute cool down.  Which can be carried out in the comfort of your own home.  

I will train you how to use a kettle bell ensuring you are using the right formation on each exercise that you do in the session. 

 

The Kettle bell session consists of 4 different exercises(3 sets x 10 reps per exercise) which works the major muscles in your body giving you a fullbody workout which can be carried out every other day.
